Library

The RYSS Academy Library, led by Ms. Diana Kattas, provides a welcoming environment that encourages a love of reading and lifelong learning. All academy students visit the library weekly through scheduled class visits, while middle school students also have the opportunity to visit independently to check out and return books as needed.

The library oversees the Accelerated Reader (AR) program, monitoring student reading progress and AR point growth throughout the school year. Students are encouraged to set reading goals and celebrate their achievements as they develop strong literacy skills.

The library is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Students may visit before school to check out, return, or exchange books, and additional opportunities are available throughout the day during open times when classes are not scheduled.
